The Eastern Premier Soccer League (EPSL) is happy to welcome Leo Mosquera as the new commissioner of the Northeast Conference. The Northeast Conference recently achieved a major milestone with its champions Fall River FC winning its first ever match in the Final 4 tournament and reaching the EPSL Championship final for the first time. Mosquera is an administrator out of the Boston CASA Soccer League, having been involved in CASA since 2007, originally as a player in Philadelphia. Mosquera is excited to help the EPSL grow the Northeast and build stronger bonds with the grassroots soccer community in the hopes of recruiting more clubs to join the EPSL and build more partner feeder league relationships.

In 2015, Mosquera established Gambeta FC, assuming the roles of club manager. Mosquera relocated to Boston from Philadelphia in 2015, joining Boston CASA, and being elected to its board in 2017. Between 2017 and 2023, he helped oversee the growth of CASA from 20 clubs to an impressive roster of 50 clubs. Mosquera currently serves as the Boston CASA treasurer, and is excited to bring his passion for soccer to the EPSL.
