The Eastern Premier Soccer League is the Northeast Region of NISA Nation. This puts the EPSL teams on the same level and affords the EPSL teams the same benefits as all NISA Nation teams. 

NISA Nation currently has conferences in Pacific Region, Southwest and Texas and has several leagues which, like the EPSL, are coextensive with NISA Nation. These leagues include the Cascadia Premier League and Mountain Premier League. The winners of the NISA Nation Regions compete for the NISA Nation Championship.

Some of the benefits of NISA Nation include:

• Ability to compete for NISA Nation National Championship.
• Ability to compete in the NISA Independant Cup, which includes participation of NISA Pro teams.
• Ability to compete in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup.
• Ability to compete in the US National Amateur Cup.
• Regular interaction with NISA Pro staff.
• Ability to participate in pro combines organized by NISA.

While US Soccer has established professional standards including financial obligations that must be met to become a professional club, NISA can work with NISA Nation clubs which are looking to move in that direction.

NISA also believes strongly in a merit based system and NISA Nationregions are working on establishing relationships with numerous local and regional leagues to fully grow an integrated amateur system in the United States.
